How to Use eSIMjo
Go to Settings
Tap on Cellular.
Select Add eSIM
Tap Add eSIM to continue.
Choose Use QR Code for installation
Choose the option to install by scanning a QR code.
Scan the QR code provided in your email or order details page.
If you're using an iPhone with iOS 17.4 or later and you receive a QR code from your carrier in an email, or from the webpage, press and hold the QR code image to recognize it, then tap Add eSIM. Please wait a few minutes, your phone will automatically complete the installation after scanning the QR code.
Turn on the eSIM data network switch
Before using data, please go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Network and enable this eSIM.
Enable data roaming
To use data at any destination, you must enable data roaming. Go to Settings → Cellular/Mobile Network → Your eSIM → Data Roaming and turn it on.
Check the APN settings
Normally, APN will be automatically set. Check that your APN settings have been correctly set. If it is not set or if it is incorrect, please click "Cellular Data Network", change "Cellular Data/APN" as follows.
Test your network connection
Turn off Wi-Fi and data from other SIM cards, then test your eSIM connection by browsing the internet. Verify that you can send and receive data without issues.
