Description of Services:eSIMjo is a P2P communication platform that enables customers to obtain mobile services virtually without a physical SIM card.
Virtual Phone Numbers:Referred to as eSIM Numbers. Each group comes with specific features and advantages clearly displayed in the app before purchase.
Data, Calling and SMS Plans:Includes mobile data, local and international calling minutes, and SMS services.
Geographic Availability:Our services are available globally, subject to local restrictions.
Service Limitations:All products and services are provided “as is” without warranty, and uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
Second: Account Registration
User Eligibility:You must be at least 18 years old to register. Registration requires providing mobile number, name, ID/passport, and proof of address where applicable.
Account Information:You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Account Security:Notify us immediately of unauthorized use or any security breaches.
